I had to write this note of appreciation for having Wess Rv available to me for parts and service .Its not easy to find a business that shows the kind of pride they do. Their mechanics are extremely knowledgable, I feel confidence that I’m Not paying for a service tech to learn how to do a repair on my dime. The whole team there are always friendly and do their best to accommodate me. The parts department is pretty well stocked and often enough, has what i need in stock waiting for me, if not they get it in fast enough. From experience I’ve learned their prices are fair enough that i have no need to look any further. Sincere Thanks you for making my time with my Rv more enjoyable. Jim Solomon

Everyone should know how convenient and cooperative Kenny the Owner was in helping a traveler in distress. We are from Florida traveled to California and back to our family in Long Island, 8000 mi. On a Saturday morning, July 30, 2016, I was in Easton, Pa. Temps. were over 90 degrees and our rear A/C stopped working. No dealer in Pa. or NJ had a service tech. working on Saturday, but WES did. Kenny said come in and we can check it out. Upon our arrival at WES, Marty, Service Teck. immediately checked out the A/C and revealed a part had to be ordered. While waiting for the part, believe it or not, the second and only other A/C we had also failed. Now we were without any A/C. We took refuge with relatives, but within 2 days the parts arrived and both units were repaired. I am currently sitting in our Motorhome in complete comfort with both A/C's working again perfectly. I have never had anything repaired by them before, only purchased hoses and other camping supplies, but I have to pass this information on to everyone, that the service from WES. was above and beyond most other dealers. Thanks for your cooperation and service.

What can I say, this dealer has been great, they worked on the loan feverishly until we received the approval to purchase our 2013 Jayco 361REQS, this unit has been our retirement dream come true. You guys are the best, thank you personally to Chris in sales, and the entire service department. Ken, Kat
